How do you do that?

At Falcon, we like to keep things clear. Here we explain how our wash bays and roll-overs work, which programs you can choose, and what you can expect. That way, you know exactly what to expect even before you start.

How does a wash bay work?
  1. Wheel Cleaner
    Quickly and effectively removes brake dust, grease, and stubborn dirt from your wheels. Ideal for making your rims shine like new again.
  2. Power Foam
    A thick, active foam layer that loosens dirt and protects the paint during washing. The perfect preparation for a scratch-free wash. This loosens the dirt and prepares the wash.
  3. High-Pressure Pre-Wash
    Use the high-pressure spray to rinse off loose dirt, sand, and mud from the car. This step ensures that most of the dirt is removed before you continue washing.
  4. Foam Brush
    Our soft foam brush with high-quality shampoo manually removes stubborn dirt, while the foam protects the paintwork.
  5. Intermediate Rinse
    Easily rinse away the loosened dirt and shampoo between steps.
  6. Shine Tecs
    Advanced paint care that applies a shiny, protective layer to your car. For a deep gloss and long-lasting protection.
  7. Wax Preservation
    A water-repellent protective layer that ensures dirt adheres less quickly. This keeps your car cleaner for longer and easier to maintain.
  8. Spot-Free Rinse (Osmosis Water)
    Rinse with pure osmosis water for a spotless, streak-free result. The car dries naturally without lime spots.
How does a rollover car wash work?
  1. Drive in
    The license plate recognition system automatically reads your license plate as you enter the car wash.
  2. Car check
    Make sure all windows are closed, the antenna is removed if necessary, and the mirrors are folded in.
  3. Go to the payment terminal
    Get out and walk to the terminal (usually right next to the entrance).
  4. Choose a program
    Select on the touchscreen which wash program you want (e.g. basic, comfort, or premium).
  5. Choose payment method
    You have three options:
    1. Debit card — simply pay by card at the terminal
    2. Falcon wash card — scan your customer card for benefits or subscription
    3. Wash by license plate — if you have credit linked to your license plate, it will be deducted automatically
  6. Payment
    Confirm the payment. The terminal will give a start signal.
  7. Washing starts
    The wash will start automatically.
  8. Drive out
    Wait until the installation has come to a complete stop before driving away.

An average wash costs approximately €5.00.

Which programs are available in a car wash bay?

Most wash bays have: Wheel cleaner, Power foam, High-pressure pre-wash, Foam brush, Intermediate rinse, Shine Tecs, Wash preservation, Spot-free rinsing.

How do I take out a subscription?

Create an account on our website and choose a subscription plan.

How am I recognized as a subscriber?

You will be automatically recognized by your license plate.

How do I change my license plate?

How do I change my personal details?

This can be done in the customer portal.

How do I change my subscription type?

Where can I find my VAT invoice?

You will receive this on the first day of the month at your registered email address.

What does a subscription cost?
