Withdraw within 14 days
Did you take out your subscription online less than 14 days ago? Then you can withdraw without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you received the confirmation email. Have you already washed during that period? Then you only pay a proportional part of the monthly price.
Withdrawal must be made in writing. Fill in the form with the date you took out the subscription. Within 5 working days you will receive a confirmation by email.
Signed up more than 14 days ago? Then you can cancel your subscription.
